Refund policy

We want you to love your Teton Vortex hat, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns are simple.

• Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items, where Teton Vortex will cover the return shipping.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale or limited-edition items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
